Job summary

Open Country Dairy is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This hands-on role covers day-to-day support, maintenance and optimisation across on-premise and cloud infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning multiple operational sites.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will help keep systems secure, reliable and available by maintaining infrastructure, supporting Microsoft 365, AD and business systems, and driving automation improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• PowerShell or Business Central experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining IT infrastructure, servers, networks and cloud environments.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and business systems.
• Managing user access, system upgrades, backups and security.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Improving efficiency through automation and system enhancements.
