Job summary

Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Mount Wellington, Auckland, is seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent for casual shifts. You’ll join a hands-on team, assisting guests with enquiries, reservations, and accounts while ensuring security and high service standards.

We value a calm, friendly demeanor, the ability to multi-task, and a strong commitment to guest care. Shifts include AM/PM and weekends; NZ work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in Front Office / Guest Services
• Experience using Opera Cloud is preferred
• High standards of service and attention to detail
• Confident in all Front Office duties
• Ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
• Maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist the Duty Manager and team with day-to-day Front Desk operations
• Help guests with enquiries, reservations, housekeeping requests, and accounts
• Ensure cashiering accuracy and guest confidentiality
• Maintain high standards of presentation and guest safety
