Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is seeking a part-time, fixed-term Customer Support Specialist in Auckland. You will provide real-time support to guests on hire, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with branches and suppliers to ensure timely outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and a proactive mindset. This seasonal contract runs until April 2027 with rotating shifts between early morning and late evening, including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and complaint resolution.
• Strong communication skills (phone and written).
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and CRM platforms (D365 desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to guests on hire via calls, messages, and written communication.
• Troubleshoot vehicle and service issues and guide guests to solutions.
• Manage customer cases end-to-end with accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate with branches, contractors, and suppliers to deliver timely outcomes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally with empathy and ownership.
• Support insurance claims processing and maintain accurate system records.
