Job summary

thl is looking for dedicated casual Guest Experience Hosts to join our Christchurch team, greeting adventurers and ensuring a seamless journey from vehicle collection to return. You will drive front-line sales, be the go-to expert on vehicle operations and local travel tips, and handle inquiries in person, on the phone, or via email.

Fluent English is essential; multilingualism is a bonus in our diverse, travel‑minded workplace.

Qualifications

• A customer service superstar with relevant experience and a passion for people.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
• Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be the face of thl, greeting adventurers as they embark on their journey and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. You'll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and making holiday dreams.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through vehicle collection and return.

Who You Are
