Placements24 is seeking a knowledgeable Concierge Services Coordinator for a guest-focused role in Queenstown. You will assist guests with a wide range of requests, from reservations to special arrangements, ensuring a memorable stay and personalized service.

You will leverage local knowledge of attractions, dining, and events to enhance experiences, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support guests with proactive problem solving and graceful service under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge, guest relations or customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Extensive knowledge of the Queenstown area and its offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with requests including restaurant reservations, tour bookings and transportation arrangements.
• Provide informed recommendations on local attractions, entertainment and dining options.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events and attractions.
• Deliver concierge services with professionalism and high guest satisfaction.
