Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Auckland, part of Accor, is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs with a focus on personal service in Auckland’s CBD.

You will work across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience, build guest relationships, and handle requests professionally. Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Proven reception exposure; experience is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to connect with guests.
• Right to work in New Zealand.
• Able to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable first and last impressions by providing warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
• Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with guests, recognizing returning visitors and delivering personalized service.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel.
