Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive NZ is seeking an experienced NPC/Data Administrator to manage the GS1 NPC system and related master data processes. You will coordinate with GS1, Innovit, and internal teams to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and catalogue maintenance.

Responsibilities include loading data, coordinating with Retail Marketing and Customer Development, and providing backup support for AU NPC processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
•  
• Experience with National Product Catalogue (NPC) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Load data to the NPC system in a timely manner to meet business needs.
• Load products, price changes, and item changes into MDM and NPC.
• Coordinate with GS1 for new product details and dimensions.
• Work with Innovit/GS1 on issues and system upgrades.
• Provide admin support to Retail Marketing and Customer Development.
