Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in Auckland is seeking a data and systems administrator to manage the GS1 NPC and GTM processes for New Zealand. You will coordinate with Retail Marketing and Customer Development to ensure changes are implemented on time and accurately, while also supporting NPC AU when needed.

The role requires hands-on experience with MDM systems, SAP pricing data, and collaboration with GS1, Innovit, and GTM Hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant field.
• 2+ years in MDM/CPG/go-to-market operations.
• Experience with SAP price data management and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Load data to GS1 NPC per requirements.
• Update MDM and NPC with new products and price changes.
• Liaise with GS1 on product details and dimensions.
• Coordinate with Innovit and GS1 on upgrades and testing.
• Attend meetings with Innovit/GS1 stakeholders.
• Advise Retail Marketing and Customer Development on NPC issues.
• Troubleshoot NPC data issues and perform QA.
• Maintain NPC and MDM data accuracy.
• Administer wholesale price list distribution to customers.
• Provide backup support for GS1 NPC AU when needed.
