Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a data-driven administrator to manageGS1 NPC and GTM-related master data for New Zealand. You will load data, coordinate with GS1 and customers, and support system upgrades across Innovit and GTM Hub platforms.

You will back up AU GTM activities, assist Retail Marketing and Customer Development, and provide executive support as needed while maintaining data quality and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• At least two years’ experience in master data administration or GTM operations.
• Experience with NPC/Master Data Management systems and SAP data management.
• Experience with GS1, Innovit, AODocs and GTM Hub workflows.
• Ability to work with external organisations and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Load data to GS1 NPC and MDM systems to support NPC changes.
• Coordinate with GS1 and customers on product details and dimensions.
• Liaise with Innovit and GS1 on system changes and testing.
• Provide backup GS1 NPC AU support when GTM AU unavailable.
• Manage wholesale price list distributions and price auditing.
• Track SKUs extension to NZ and ensure workflow timepoints are met.
• Provide executive support to VP/GM as required.
• Maintain data quality and respond to customer communications.
