Job summary

me&u is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of venue partners across New Zealand and Australia. You will travel to venues, build trusted relationships, onboard new partners, and deliver strategies that drive platform adoption and revenue growth.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless experience for venues, provide training, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining best-in-class client service.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with venue partners, becoming their go-to advisor.
• Serve as the key contact for your portfolio, managing day-to-day needs and strategies.
• Identify upsell opportunities and deliver commercial initiatives.
• Lead business reviews with venues, assess performance and expansion potential.
• Identify churn risk venues and re-engage to remove blockers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Support to optimise the customer experience.
• Provide training and guidance to venue staff to maximise product adoption.
• Keep CRM and reporting up to date with activity and insights.
