Qualifications

• Proven account management or customer relations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth.
• Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for growth and sales within the existing customer base.
• Analyse customer data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and build strong business relationships with customers.
• Ensure all technical configurations are optimised and keep customers informed of new technical product availability.
• Confidently presenting to clients both face to face and online.
