Confidential Company is seeking a Customer & Commercial Strategy Manager to shape the offers and pricing that drive customer growth. You will lead the development and optimization of the customer proposition, product portfolio, pricing strategy and promotional activity.

Reporting to a senior marketing leader, you will work with marketing, sales, operations, finance and technology to turn insights into measurable commercial outcomes and to deliver strategic initiatives across the business.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial strategy, pricing or revenue management.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Experience developing products, services or customer propositions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Track record delivering initiatives that drive growth or profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimise a portfolio of products, services and customer offers.
• Identify market opportunities and bring new products, services and initiatives to market.
• Develop pricing, promotional and value proposition strategies that support growth and profitability.
• Monitor portfolio performance, customer trends and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyse revenue, margin and offer performance, turning insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and implement commercial initiatives.
• Drive improvements in pricing and offer execution processes.
