Job summary

Public Trust is evolving into a more customer-led organisation and has created a senior role: Head of Propositions & Insights. You will own the enterprise view of offerings, pricing, and performance measurement, guiding prioritisation and governance across Marketing, Service Delivery, Finance, Risk and Transformation.

You’ll lead a small team and work with the SLT, shaping a disciplined roadmap that aligns with business strategy and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in propositions/product, customer strategy/insights, or portfolio leadership in a medium/large organisation.
• Strong segmentation and research capability with a clear impact view.

Responsibilities

• Own propositions and customer insight; influence the enterprise roadmap.
• Lead pricing direction and governance with specialist support.
• Collaborate across Marketing, IT/Transformation, Data/Finance and Service Delivery.
• Manage a small team and partner with SLT to drive change.
