Tegel Foods Ltd is seeking a commercially astute Revenue Strategy Manager to lead our revenue growth agenda across pricing, product mix, yield profitability and customer strategy.

You’ll analyze complex data to drive strategic decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and partner with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to unlock profitable opportunities. Join a leading NZ FMCG in a pivotal, growth-focused role.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years' experience in FMCG within Revenue Growth Management or a related commercial discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Experience developing recommendations that drive profitable growth.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and comfort operating in an evolving environment.
• Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear business actions and see them through to results.

Aufgaben

• Identify and unlock revenue and margin growth opportunities across pricing, product mix and yield profitability.
• Lead pricing, trade investment, governance and promotional strategy with category teams.
• Develop financial models and recommendations to drive business performance and support tenders/negotiations.
• Partner with Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to implement strategy.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Help build capability and best practice in Revenue Growth Management across the business.
