Hotel Indigo Auckland is seeking a meticulous Group Sales Coordinator to manage contracted group bookings from handover to post-stay follow-up. You will work closely with Sales, Reservations and Operations to ensure accurate details, timely milestones, and a seamless guest experience.

This role sits within the Sales & Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, and offers coaching, training, and exposure across disciplines to grow expertise in both commercial and reservations

Competenze

• Hotel experience in reservations, sales coordination or group bookings.
• Ability to manage multiple groups and deadlines with accuracy.
• Understanding of group contracts, room inventory and their impact.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of contracted group bookings from handover through to arrival and post-stay follow-up, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Create, load, and maintain group bookings in the PMS; manage rooming lists and changes with care.
• Handle deposits, pre-payments, and billing per contracted terms; liaise to ensure on-time payments.
• Support client enquiries, special requests and post-stay follow-up to foster relationships.
• Monitor group blocks and inventory; assist with revenue optimisation and collaboration with Sales and Reservations.
