Job summary

Catapult Software in New Zealand is seeking a high-performing sales hunter to drive revenue in New Zealand and key export markets. You will own and grow opportunities end-to-end, from first call to signed deal, and build your own pipeline through prospecting and new channel partners.

You will mentor a sales and solutions team without direct reports, take ownership of CRM, forecasting, and our sales playbook, and work autonomously in a fast-paced tech environment that keeps essential services

Qualifications

• Be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven revenue growth track record.
• Proven track record of managing over $1M of annual revenue.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers in NZ and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue and market share in NZ and key export markets.
• Lead high-value sales opportunities end-to-end, from first call to signed deal.
• Build your own pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and new channel partnerships.
• Mentor the sales and solutions team, without direct reports.
• Own CRM and forecasting discipline, and refresh the sales playbook.
