Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Admin, IS, Analytics, Ops)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Strong English and Mandarin communication (written & spoken)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Manage employee accounts and system access.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, role changes, offboarding) for overseas teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations to ensure smooth HR operations.
