Job summary

Global Wave Group is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to support daily client applications and document workflows from its Albany, Auckland office. The role requires strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate document management in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Working hours: 1:30 - 10 P.M. from Monday to Friday

Reports to: Head of Finance
