Gallagher’s eShepherd brand is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape a global growth story for livestock tech. You will own the marketing strategy, align customer insights with commercial goals, and drive brand and demand across regions.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Success, and balance global consistency with local relevance to accelerate international growth.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience in SaaS/tech/AgTech or related field.
• Experience turning insights into growth across multiple international markets.
• Proven ability to lead demand programs driving pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy across brand, demand, and go-to-market.
• Build a differentiated global brand for eShepherd and drive market expansion.
• Translate customer and market insights into growth opportunities and performance metrics.
