Job summary

Gallagher Animal Management seeks a commercial leader to steer the global eShepherd sales function and accelerate revenue growth across markets. You’ll shape strategy, build a high-performing team and expand market presence internationally to put our technology in the hands of more farmers.

As Head of Sales – eShepherd, you’ll lead with farmers in mind, collaborate with Marketing, Product and Strategic Partnerships, and develop routes to reach producers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of significant revenue growth across markets.
• Experience building and leading high-performing sales or commercial teams.
• Strong strategic and operational capability, translating strategy into execution.
