Gallagher’s eShepherd™ team seeks a strategic Head of Marketing to define and drive global marketing, brand building and demand generation across markets. You will align customer insights with commercial goals and lead the marketing engine to scale a fast-growing AgTech business.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales and regional leadership to ensure local relevance while maintaining global consistency, building capability, and delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience within a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience turning customer insights into growth strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global markets.
• Strong storytelling and product marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and market expansion.
• Build a strong global brand and differentiate in virtual fencing and livestock tech.
• Translate insights into growth opportunities and drive pipeline and revenue.
• Lead go-to-market planning with Product, Sales and regional teams.
• Create integrated demand programs across digital, content, events and partnerships.
• Coach and develop a high-performing regional marketing capability.
