• Strong strategic and operational capability to translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own global sales strategy for eShepherd and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead and scale sales and customer success teams across regions.
• Develop scalable, repeatable sales models and improve forecasting and pipeline management.
• Identify channels, partners and routes to market to reach more farmers.
• Align Sales with Marketing, Product and Partnerships for value delivery.
• Develop future commercial leaders as part of the Leadership Team.
