Gallagher Animal Management is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing for eShepherd™, our global AgTech growth story. You’ll own the worldwide marketing strategy, connecting insights, commercial goals and brand storytelling to drive awareness, demand, and growth across markets.

The role calls for global thinking with local relevance and close collaboration with Product, Sales, Success and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience in SaaS/tech/IoT/AgTech or innovation-led org.
• Experience marketing solutions combining hardware, software, connectivity, data and services.
• Proven track record building strategies across international markets.
• Strong demand generation driving pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that supports growth, market expansion and commercial objectives.
• Build a strong and differentiated global brand that strengthens eShepherd's position as a leader in virtual fencing and livestock technology.
• Turn customer and market insights into actionable growth opportunities.
• Lead global go-to-market planning.
• Create integrated demand generation programs across digital, content, events, partnerships and key industry channels.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and messaging that simplify complex technology.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Build and enable regional marketing capability, balancing global consistency with local market relevance.
• Use data, insights and performance metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Build industry influence through thought leadership, media, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while contributing as a key member of the eShepherd Leadership Team.
