Job summary

eShepherd™ and Gallagher Group Limited seek a Head of Marketing to shape a global growth story in AgTech. You will own the global marketing strategy, connecting customer insight, commercial ambition and brand storytelling to drive awareness, demand, adoption and revenue across markets.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and regional leaders to scale a global business while balancing global consistency with local relevance.

Qualifications

• Significant senior marketing leadership experience within SaaS/technology.
• Experience marketing solutions that combine hardware, software, connectivity, data and customer services.
• Proven track record building and executing marketing strategies across complex international markets.
• Strong experience developing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth, customer acquisition and revenue outcomes.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems including CRM, marketing automation, customer journey design, lead nurturing and performance analytics.
• Experience scaling a product, platform or technology business through phases of rapid growth.
• Exceptional product marketing and storytelling capability, with the ability to simplify complex technology and create compelling customer narratives.
• Strong commercial instincts and a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue growth and business performance.
• Experience working across multiple regions, cultures and go-to-market models.
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Experience within AgTech, SaaS, IoT, agricultural technology or another fast-growth technology environment would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, customer engagement, go-to-market and market expansion.
• Develop global marketing strategy that supports growth, market expansion and commercial objectives.
• Build a strong and differentiated global brand in virtual fencing and livestock technology.
• Turn customer and market insights into actionable growth opportunities.
• Lead global go-to-market planning.
• Create integrated demand generation programs across digital, content, events, partnerships and key industry channels.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and messaging that simplify complex technology.
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Build and enable regional marketing capability, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
• Use data, insights and performance metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Build industry influence through thought leadership, media, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team as a key member of the Leadership Team.
