eShepherd, backed by Gallagher, is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale the global digital engine driving acquisition, lead generation and engagement across international markets. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building scalable programs that support global expansion.

You'll work with marketing colleagues, regional teams and external partners to optimise campaigns, platforms and technologies for measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and driving growth across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute eShepherd's global digital marketing strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation, and digital campaigns.
• Manage agency and platform partnerships to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
• Use data, analytics, and experimentation to improve lead quality, pipeline and growth.
• Partner with agencies and tech providers to maximise performance and innovation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to enable scalable growth programmes worldwide.
• Identify opportunities across digital platforms, marketing technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess current digital performance and identify biggest growth opportunities across markets.
• Optimise paid search, social, website, and lead generation activities.
• Strengthen marketing automation capabilities to enhance lead nurturing.
• Build dashboards connecting marketing performance to commercial outcomes.
• Develop scalable playbooks as new regions launch.
