eShepherd, backed by Gallagher’s legacy, is expanding globally and seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to power customer acquisition, lead generation and engagement across markets. You will shape strategy and hands-on campaigns to scale our digital engine.

You will collaborate with regional teams, agencies and technology partners to optimise paid media, SEO, website and marketing automation, building scalable playbooks and dashboards that translate marketing activity into measurable business

Qualifications

• Proven success driving acquisition and growth through digital channels.
• Experience with paid media, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and marketing automation.
• Strong analytics to turn data into insights.
• Experience across multiple markets or segments.
• Stakeholder management and external partner coordination.
• Growth-stage or SaaS/tech experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute eShepherd's global digital marketing strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition via paid media, SEO, and campaigns.
• Manage agency and platform partnerships for ROI.
• Use data analytics and experimentation to improve lead quality and pipeline.
• Collaborate with regional teams to enable scalable growth.
• Create dashboards linking marketing to commercial outcomes.
• Develop scalable playbooks for new regions.
