Job summary
Babich Wines is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. You will coordinate export shipments, prepare documentation, and support customers, freight partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
You will work under the Customer Service & Logistics Manager, use JDE or ERP systems, and leverage Excel to track shipments, manage records, and improve processes. Wine industry experience is a plus, and Monday–Friday on-site work is available.
Qualifications
- Experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or customer service.
- Experience using JDE or other ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments across domestic and international markets.
- Prepare export documentation, certifications and shipping paperwork.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records.
- Support customer orders and delivery enquiries.
- Assist with monthly stocktakes and cross-team support.
- Develop capability across additional export markets and logistics activities.
