Placements24 is seeking an energetic Field Sales Representative for the Queenstown territory in the Eastern Cape. You will engage with retail outlets and distributors to promote a wide range of FMCG products, drive sales targets, and manage relationships with store owners and managers.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in field sales. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of FMCG products to retail stores, supermarkets, and independent traders within the Queenstown territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key purchasing personnel.
• Ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, and visual merchandising in stores.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and local consumer trends.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs to management.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
