Job summary

Flooring Xtra Cromwell is seeking a versatile showroom sales and measuring specialist. You will help customers select carpet and flooring, visit homes and sites to measure areas, and prepare accurate quotes.

This role combines customer service, sales, and on-site measurement with opportunities to use numerical skills and attention to detail. A full NZ driver licence and ability to work independently or with a team are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and ability to read plans/measures.
• Comfort with computers and learning new systems.
• Holds a full NZ driver licence.

About the role

About you

• Is confident dealing with customers and enjoys sales
• Has excellent attention to detail and good numerical skills
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems/measuring systems
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Holds a full NZ driver licence
• Previous flooring, construction, estimating or sales experience would be an advantage, but flooring experience is not essential
