Flooring Xtra Queenstown is seeking an organised administrator to support Group Home clients from quotation through invoicing. You will coordinate with QS teams, interpret plans for accurate flooring quantities, and load quotations into our pricing system.
The role focuses on timely purchase orders, scheduling checks, and maintaining precise project reporting. Strong MS Office skills and prior admin experience are advantageous for success.

Purpose of the Role
The Group Homes Facilitator is responsible for providing professional administrative support and exceptional service to Group Home clients. This role plays a key part in coordinating flooring projects from quotation through to invoicing, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Flooring Xtra's standards of excellence. This is an administration-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Group Home Quantity Surveyors (QSs) and pricing teams to receive and manage house plans
Read, interpret, and highlight plans to support accurate flooring quantification
Organise and manage plan quantification processes
Prepare and load quotations into the FXQT Helix system using specific Group Home pricing structures
Process purchase orders and forward selected product orders
Schedule tentative check measures using the Clock It system
Update flooring quantities and revise quotations following check measures where required
Liaise with Group Home QS teams regarding updated quotations and revised purchase orders for approval
Invoice completed projects accurately and within required timeframes
Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Flooring Xtra Support Office
Provide additional administrative support duties as reasonably required

Experience within construction, flooring, or project coordination environments advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
