Job summary

Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd is seeking a Service Agreements Controller to support the management of its Service Agreement programme. This role combines customer service, contract administration, financial analysis and coordination across our branches, dealers and sales teams.

You’ll monitor servicing, repairs and maintenance against contract requirements, review invoices and contract performance, and prepare proposals and monthly reports while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, service administration, fleet, automotive or a similar environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with data, systems and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to identify ways to improve processes.
• The ability to work independently while being a great team player.
• Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience is an advantage, but we’re also interested in people with strong transferable skills and the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Agreement quotes, pricing, approvals and contracts.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance against contract requirements.
• Review invoices, costs and contract performance to ensure agreements remain commercially viable.
• Monitor vehicle kilometres and manage adjustments, including excess kilometre invoicing.
• Prepare customer proposals, tenders and monthly reports.
• Work closely with branches, dealers, sales teams and customers to resolve issues and keep agreements running smoothly.
• Support continuous improvement, training and initiatives that improve customer service and vehicle uptime.
