Job summary

Genesis Energy is seeking a proactive coordinator to support day-to-day fleet and property portfolio management. You’ll assist the fleet manager with servicing, supplier management, onboarding, compliance, and invoicing, while also supporting lease administration, rates, and forecasting for the property portfolio.

This permanent full-time role is based in Hamilton (preferred) or Auckland. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders and use data to drive smooth, efficient operations and

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, or a similar operational support role.
• Exposure to property administration, lease management or facilities coordination is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with data and reporting capabilities.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience processing invoices, payments and purchase orders.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a range of fleet activities including servicing, maintenance, supplier management and driver onboarding.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and manage fleet-related invoicing.
• Partner with employees, suppliers and service providers to keep fleet operations efficient.
• Support lease administration, rates and rent payments for the property portfolio.
• Assist with forecasting and general property coordination across both fleet and property.
