Job summary

Genesis Energy is seeking a proactive coordinator to support day-to-day management of our fleet and property portfolio. Based in Hamilton or Auckland, this permanent fulltime role partners with the fleet manager to ensure servicing, maintenance, supplier management, and invoicing run smoothly.

You’ll work with employees and service providers, handle lease administration, forecasts and payments, and apply strong data skills and Excel to drive accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, or a similar operational support role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a range of fleet activities, including vehicle servicing and maintenance, supplier management, driver onboarding, compliance requirements and fleet-related invoicing.
• Work closely with employees, suppliers and service providers to ensure our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Support our property portfolio team through lease administration, rates and rent payments, forecasting and general property coordination.
• This is a varied role that combines administration, stakeholder management and analytical work across both fleet and property.
