Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited in Auckland is seeking a practical and organised person to help with new fleet vehicles. This is a full-time, fixed-term role based at our Auckland branch, running from September 2026 to December 2026.

You will plan movements, receive and register new vehicles, manage keys and paperwork, and update fleet records. A full driver’s licence, good English, and a willingness to do hands-on yard work are essential.

Qualifications

• A full driver’s licence is essential.
• Willingness to perform hands-on yard work and tasks around the fleet yard.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting vehicle movements and records.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise new vehicle movements, driver runs, branch updates, and paperwork.
• Receive new vehicles, manage keys and registration papers and update fleet records.
• Complete admin tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, compliance papers, stock checks, and vehicle records.
• Work with branches, suppliers, drivers, accounts, service providers, and internal teams to get vehicles ready on time.
• Help drive and park vans when needed.
