Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited is seeking a practical and organised person to support the movement, reception, checking, registration, storage and preparation of new fleet vehicles at the Auckland branch. This full-time role runs on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to December 2026.

Responsibilities include planning vehicle movements, receiving vehicles, managing keys and registration papers, updating fleet records and completing related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work a set roster, including some weekends.
• Fixed-term contract from Sep 2026 to Dec 2026.
• Must have a full driver licence.
• Willing to assist with hands-on yard work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise new vehicle movements, driver runs, branch updates and paperwork.
• Receive new vehicles, manage keys and registration papers, update fleet records.
• Complete admin tasks, including purchase orders, invoices and compliance papers.
• Coordinate with branches, suppliers, drivers, accounts, service providers and internal teams to get vehicles ready on time.
• Help drive and park vans when needed.
