Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited is seeking a practical and organised person to support the movement, reception, checking, registration, storage and preparation of new fleet vehicles at the Auckland branch. This full-time role runs on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to December 2026.

Responsibilities include planning vehicle movements, receiving vehicles, managing keys and registration papers, updating fleet records and completing related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work a set roster, including some weekends.
• Fixed-term contract from Sep 2026 to Dec 2026.
• Must have a full driver licence.
• Willing to assist with hands-on yard work.

• Receive new vehicles, manage keys and registration papers, update fleet records.
• Complete admin tasks, including purchase orders, invoices and compliance papers.
• Coordinate with branches, suppliers, drivers, accounts, service providers and internal teams to get vehicles ready on time.
• Help drive and park vans when needed.

About the role:

We are looking for a practical and organised person to help with new fleet vehicles. This is a full-time role based at our Auckland branch. You will help move, receive, check, register, store, and prepare new vehicles for use.

Your main tasks will include:

• Plan and organise new vehicle movements, driver runs, branch updates, and paperwork.


• Receive new vehicles, manage keys and registration papers and update fleet records.


• Complete admin tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, compliance papers, self-containment papers, stock checks, and vehicle records.


• Work with branches, suppliers, drivers, accounts, service providers, and internal teams to get vehicles ready on time.


• Help drive and park vans when needed. You must have a full driver licence and be happy to help with hands‑on yard work.

Key criteria:

• Able to work a set roster, including some weekends. This job requires early start time.


• Able to work from September 2026 to December 2026 on a fixed-term contract.


• Good written and spoken English.


• Great attention to detail.
