Job summary

Pullman Auckland is seeking a Reservations Agent to input and manage hotel reservations using RESAWEB and Opera Cloud, with a focus on individual and group bookings. You will quote, book and oversee group reservations promptly while maintaining guest history and merging profiles for FITs.

Upselling opportunities are part of guest interactions, along with processing weekly commissions. Candidates should have exceptional attention to detail, strong English communication, and the ability to work 40

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and client liaison experience.
• Proficient with Opera Cloud, RESAWEB and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must have right to work in New Zealand.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and phone manner.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Process and input hotel reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Cloud, including individual and group bookings.

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you can confidently say yes to the below selection criteria:

• Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated experience in client liaison
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and RESAWEB
• A natural ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work well under pressure
• The right to work in New Zealand
• Fluent in English, excellent communication and a great phone manner.
• Can work 40 hours per week, Tuesday- Saturday
