The Pullman Auckland housekeeping team welcomes you to join a role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning of rooms and public areas. You will maintain brand standards, replenish guest amenities, and contribute to a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest.

We seek individuals with strong time management, clear communication, physical energy, and a pride in detail and presentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• You must be physically fit and energetic to take on an active, hands-on role with a dynamic team.
• A keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation.
• Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Through your attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and pride in your work, you help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

Role Foundations

• Carry out allocated general cleaning duties
• Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
• Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
• Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests

Qualifications
