Job summary

Accor & Pullman Auckland is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our hospitality team. You will input reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Cloud, quote and manage both individual and group bookings, and review guest histories to ensure seamless service.

You should be fluent in English with strong communication and phone manners, able to work 40 hours weekly Tuesday to Saturday, and hold the right to work in New Zealand. Join us to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and client liaison experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Opera Cloud and RESAWEB.
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and phone manners.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Input reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Cloud with a focus on individual and group bookings.
• Quote, book and manage all group bookings in a timely manner.
• Review guest history and assist with merging guest profiles for FITs.
• Process weekly commissions.

Job Description

As a Reservations Agent, yourmain responsibilities include:

• Processing and inputting ofhotel reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Cloud, with a focus on individual & group reservations
• Quoting, Booking and Managing all group bookings in a timely manner
• Managing and reviewing of all guest history – assist with merging guest profiles for FITs
• Processing Weekly Commissions

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you canconfidently say yes to the below selection criteria:

• Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated experience in client liaison
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and RESAWEB
• A natural ability tomanage conflicting deadlines and work well under pressure
• The right to work in New Zealand
• Fluent in English, excellentcommunication and a great phone manner.
• Can work 40 hours per week, Tuesday- Saturday
