Job summary

Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) seeks a Field Support Officer to help keep Herd Testing operations running smoothly by supporting people, systems, and processes that deliver accurate results to dairy farmers across New Zealand.

Your Role:

As a Field Support Officer, you'll help keep LIC's Herd Testing operation running smoothly by supporting the people, systems, and processes that deliver accurate results to dairy farmers across New Zealand.

This is a varied role where you'll rotate across technical support, operational problem-solving, customer service, and business administration. Working closely with field teams, laboratories, customers, and internal stakeholders, you'll help resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Your Key Focus:

Herd Testing Support - Keeping our people and technology connected and operating efficiently.

Problem Herd Resolution - Solving complex operational challenges to ensure farmers receive accurate results on time.

Credits, Charges & Inventory Management - Supporting the financial and inventory processes that keep Herd Testing running smoothly.
