LIC Herd Test Technicians use LIC vehicles to deliver and install Herd Testing equipment in dairy sheds throughout the region, returning the next day to collect samples and equipment. These casual, 9-month roles suit outdoor lovers with flexible hours in Palmerston North and the Wairarapa/Tararua region.

Qualifications

• A clean full Class 1 driver's licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Flexibility with working hours and locations within the specific region.

About The Role

Our Herd Test Technicians use LIC vehicles to deliver and install Herd Testing equipment in dairy sheds throughout the region. They then return the following day to collect the completed samples and equipment. This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent time management skills and physical strength as handling heavy equipment is a must.

We have one position based in Palmerston north and one position based in the Wairarapa/ Tararua region. These are casual roles to support with cover over the seasonal peak for around 9 months. The role will suit individuals who love being outdoors and have flexibility with their working hours.
