As an Agri Manager at LIC, you’ll be the vital link between our innovative herd improvement solutions and the farmers who rely on them. You’ll champion customer relationships, drive sales performance, and bring the voice of the customer into everything we do. This role is about making a real impact—helping farmers optimise their livestock, grow sustainable businesses, and shape the future of dairy farming in New Zealand. This role is based in the Manawatu Whanganui region.
Making connections and building relationships will come easily to you, and you'll genuinely enjoy customer interactions. Having a background in dairy would be advantageous, but most importantly, you'll understand and empathise with the unique challenges our farmers face, and build trust and credibility with them.
You’ll be able to use data and insights to make effective decisions and you'll use this information to come well-prepared to your customer visits.
