Job summary

Livestock Improvement Corporation in Newstead, North Island, is seeking a hands-on expert to support LIC's Artificial Breeding Applications during peak seasons, ensuring systems and devices run smoothly for field teams and customers.

You'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate software and hardware access, help users with varying technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement and excellent user experiences across AB Operations.

Your Role:

Be the go‑to expert for LIC's Artificial Breeding Applications.

You’ll support the technology our field teams rely on every day, ensuring systems, devices and applications are ready for the mating season and running smoothly when it matters most. Working closely with field teams, support teams and customers, you’ll troubleshoot issues, improve processes and help deliver a great user experience.

This is a hands‑on role combining application support, operational coordination, continuous improvement and seasonal problem‑solving within one of LIC's most critical services.
