Job summary

Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) seeks a Field Support Officer to help keep Herd Testing operations running smoothly by supporting people, systems, and processes that deliver accurate results to dairy farmers across New Zealand.

This varied role rotates across technical support, operational problem-solving, customer service and business administration, collaborating with field teams, laboratories, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes while

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
Confidence using technology, systems, and business applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous administration, operational support, or customer service experience.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, team-focused approach.
