FIRST Security in Napier seeks a motivated Full Time Field Service Officer to join our team. This varied field-based role involves responding to a range of jobs across different contracts, installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment, alarms and related services.

You’ll work across client sites, coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues safely and efficiently, while upholding FIRST Security procedures.

• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check.

Responsabilidades

• Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment.
• Responding to field service jobs including alarms, escorts, lock ups and unlocks.
• Carrying out regulatory and compliance duties including noise control, animal services and bylaw monitoring.
• Patrolling client sites and responding to incidents and callouts.
• Installing and servicing medical alarm equipment.
• Servicing ATM machines as part of NCR contract.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Completing all work accurately and in line with procedures and contract requirements.
• Providing professional and respectful service across environments.
• Assisting in other areas of the business when required.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Full Time Field Service Officer to join our team in Napier. This is a varied field-based role where no two days are necessarily the same. You’ll respond to a range of jobs across different contracts, supporting our clients and communities while ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and in line with FIRST Security procedures.

Your work could include electronic monitoring, regulatory and compliance services, security patrols, alarm responses, medical alarm installations, ATM servicing and more.

Duties:

• Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment
• Responding to a range of field service jobs, including alarms, escorts, lock ups and unlocks
• Carrying out regulatory and compliance duties, including noise control, animal services and bylaw monitoring
• Patrolling client sites and responding to incidents and callouts
• Installing and servicing medical alarm equipment
• Servicing ATM machines as part of our NCR contract

• Completing all work accurately and in line with relevant procedures, protocols and contract requirements
• Providing professional and respectful service across a variety of environments
