Job summary

FIRST Security in Tauranga is seeking reliable Security Guards to join our team. The role offers flexible, rotational shifts across Monday to Sunday, with opportunities to grow a career in security.

You will provide a strong security presence, deliver excellent customer service, monitor incidents, and conduct patrols while upholding health and safety policies. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a clean criminal record, and can work across a range of days.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older
• A clean criminal record
• Be flexible and available to work across a range of days
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• NZ/Australian citizenship or a valid NZ work visa
• A current COA is preferred but not essential - we can help you obtain one
