Job summary

FIRST Security in Nelson is seeking reliable, customer-focused Security Guards to join our team. The role offers flexible, rotational shifts across Monday to Sunday, with opportunities to grow and develop a career in security.

You’ll provide a strong security presence on site, deliver excellent customer service, monitor and respond to incidents, and conduct patrols while following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• A clean criminal record.
• NZ/Australian citizenship or a valid NZ work visa.
• A current COA is preferred but not essential - we can help you obtain one.
• Be flexible and available to work across a range of days.

What you’ll need:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• NZ/Australian citizenship or a valid NZ work visa
• A current COA is preferred but not essential - we can help you obtain one
