Southward Warehouse Automation is seeking a driven Field New Business Developer to identify and convert opportunities across warehouse storage, logistics, industrial, and commercial sectors in South Auckland, Waikato, and Tauranga. You’ll engage decision-makers, conduct site visits, and craft tailored storage solutions to win long-term B2B accounts.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and engage new business opportunities across warehouse storage, logistics, industrial and commercial sectors.
Build and execute structured territory engagement plans across South Auckland, Waikato and Tauranga.
Target decision-makers (owners, ops/managers, warehouse managers) and conduct site visits to assess requirements.
Work with internal design/ops teams to develop tailored storage solutions and proposals.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and convert prospects into long-term B2B customers.
