Job summary

Rentokil Initial New Zealand is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to drive performance across our Initial Hygiene business in the North Shore, covering the Harbour Bridge up to Wellsford. This field-based role focuses on retention, relationship-building, and account growth with pro-active prospecting for new commercial business.

You will manage Auckland-based client portfolios, present tailored service solutions, and leverage cross-selling across Pest Control and Ambius.

Qualifications

• Permanent full working rights in New Zealand.
• Valid NZ driver''s license.
• Clear background and pre-employment checks (medical, references).
• Direct B2B sales experience with strong closing capability.
• Proven track record in major account management and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enduring Auckland-based client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
• Actively prospect and secure new accounts to expand the territory.
• Oversee key accounts while nurturing partnerships.
• Identify upsell opportunities within client contracts.
• Introduce tailored service offerings addressing specific customer needs.
• Leverage cross-selling across Pest Control and Ambius brands.
• Present product innovations and service updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and CRM records.
