Desirable candidates hold NZ pest operations certification and a valid NZ driver’s license. The role requires health, safety focus, and flexibility to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest activity and determine treatment plans.
• Apply pest control solutions and advise customers on prevention/management.
• Identify hygiene/environmental risks to create safer spaces.
• Accurately complete digital service reports post-visit.
• Deliver outstanding, professional customer service.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional value‑adding services.
